Another Wine Blog: Good Wine for BBQ

  • Enobytes · 1 year ago
…and for those that are looking for inexpensive reds, how about a nice zinfandel (Cline Cellars under $10) with meats smothered in BBQ sauce. Or on a lighter note, a nice Cabernet Franc (Olga Raffault, a little more expensive at $20) or Pinot Noir (Lindemans under $10) with a grilled steak. Have a great holiday!

Great suggestions, Pamela! Zinfandel, especially, can go very well with BBQ. Although, down here in Texas, I think I'll stick with nice chilled whites this time of year. :)

Happy Holiday to you and all of the enobyters!

I love to grill with wine as well. Using it as a marinade works wonders.
