Making wine is an art. Blending wine is an art. Blending a fine wine is truly an art. Congrats on your insight into this endeavor. We visited El Jefe at Twisted earlier that day but could not stay for the festivities. Sorry we missed it (See Nacha clean the wine thief in this video http://www.winetastingsandiego.com/2009/07/less...).
