    This lawyer is quite the wine commentator...and the metaphor of 'oak in a glass' is all too perfect. There are far, far, too many wines that convey exactly this description to one's palate; and it is not at all enjoyable.

    I think the only thing worse than "Oak in a Glass" is "grandma's cedar chest"!
